December 7th's book was A Charlie Brown Christmas. Michael got this book his first Christmas from my mom. It is also a book that is read by my mom. I found it appropriate since we had watched the TV show version a few days before. I love this story, actually anything the Peanuts.
Michael absolutely loves doing this countdown. His face lights up when I come in his room with the crate of books to choose from. Some nights he knows exactly which book he wants to pick. Other nights it takes a little longer. This is such a fun experience for all of us.
