Today was Michael's first day of preschool and he did great! He actually got up before Jon or mine's alarm clock. Not sure if it was just excitement or what. After we got Michael dressed, we took him down to the playroom to take his "first day of school" picture.
I wrote this on the chalk board, but probably just should have left it blank and then edited it on the picture later. Something to remember for next year.

We got him interested in a puzzle and headed upstairs. They had some donuts, muffins, coffee, and juice for the parents since it was the first day. Jon and I stayed for about 30 minutes to make sure that Michael was adjusting fine.
Michael was so excited to see us when we came to pick him up. He got a home work assignment. He has to work on his aiming when using the bathroom. He had to use some of the extra clothes we had left at the school. We had decided to take him out to lunch. Michael chose to eat at Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet. All he talked about was playing on the playground. Once we got home, he took a nap. I think he's going to have a great year.
